Biography

Feng Shaoqing is an Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital. To date, he has published 10 SCI-indexed papers and 5 papers in Chinese core journals as first author and corresponding author, including 2 papers in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a top journal in plastic surgery. He is currently undertaking or participating in 5 national- and municipal-level research projects. He has filed 2 patent applications and contributed to the compilation of monographs such as Grabb's Encyclopedia of Flaps, Flap Surgery, and Application of Perforator Flaps in Wound Healing. He has received awards including the Third Prize of the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award and the Science and Technology Innovation Award of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. He has been invited multiple times to attend international and domestic academic conferences and give conference presentations. He holds an MD and was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
